Is XS available in the Republic of Ireland?
The XS Stimulation Drinks are not available for sale in the Republic of Ireland
due to Technical Regulatory requirements.
Why would I drink XS?
If you want more stimulation during the day or if you just want a treat! XS can
also be a useful addition to any weight management programme with only 8
calories per can.
What’s in XS?
XS contains non-caloric sweeteners Acesulfame Potassium (Ace-K) and Sucralose,
caffeine, Taurine, an adaptogenic herb and B vitamins.
Is there any sugar in XS?
XS contains less than half a calorie of sugar. The eight calories are from amino
acids and are protein calories used in your body’s natural metabolic process.
So how does XS taste so good without sugar or carbohydrates?
XS uses a blend of calorie-free sweeteners and fruit flavours to give the drinks
their great taste.
How much caffeine is in XS?
There’s 80 milligrams of caffeine, about the same amount as in a normal cup of
coffee and many soft drinks.
What are adaptogenic herbs?
XS contains an adaptogenic herb. These are herbs which can provide a mental
boost. An adaptogen demonstrates non-specific enhancement to the body’s
ability to resist stress. The adaptogen in XS combined with caffeine, B3, B5, B6
and B12 may help to stimulate energy production in the brain and body.
What is Taurine?
Taurine is an amino acid that needs to be supplied from the diet and is required
for normal retinal and brain development.
Why do you include B vitamins?
Niacinamide (vitamin B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), vitamins B6 and B12 are all
water-soluble vitamins essential for breaking down carbohydrates in the body to
provide energy. They’re also essential for the breakdown of fats and proteins
which helps the normal functioning of the nervous system.
What is the maximum consumption of the XS Stimulation Drink during a
one-day period?
We recommend no more than 1 can (250ml) per day.
Are XS drinks safe for children and pregnant women?
XS is suitable for children over the age of 12 years. We do not recommend this
product to pregnant women.
