Strictly Families Only: We reserve the right to terminate any bookings without refund, which are found to be of young people/ teenagers not supervised by parents/adults, even though the booking may have been made by a parent/adult.
Bookings: are usually from Friday to Friday. Arrival time is 3.00 pm and the house must be cleared by 10.30 on the day of departure, our cleaners will arrive at about 10.45 and any delay to them is chargeable.
Payment: A deposit of £100/week is required upon confirmation of the booking which is not refundable. The balance of rent must be paid four weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit: of £200 will be required, this will be returned one week after departure subject to the property being left as found. We reserve the right to charge for breakages, damage or any excessive necessary cleaning which will be notified to you and deducted accordingly.
Cancellation: In the event of the necessity to cancel the holiday we must be notified in writing by post or e-mail at the earliest opportunity. We will do our best to re book the property but if this is not possible we reserve the right to hold you liable for the full rental.
Late Bookings: All monies must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Keys: Details for key collection will be given the week before your holiday commences, the keys are your responsibility at all times and must be returned on departure.
Linen: We provide bed linen; Pillows, Duvets, Pillowcases, Duvet covers and Tea Towels Please bring your own Towels.
Pets: Sorry strictly no pets.
Cleaning: The property will have been professionally cleaned for your arrival, please keep the property in good order and leave it, as far as is reasonably possible, as found.
Overcrowding: The property is designed to accommodate eight persons only. We reserve the right to immediately terminate a booking if more than the stated number of people are found to be staying.
Bins: The council have changed the emptying cycle to fortnightly which is not ideal. However we have to live with it and it is important that you read the recycling notes sent to you and displayed on the board. We reserve the right to deduct any cost associated with the removal of excessive rubbish.
